The absolute maximum ratings of the TFR2N can be summarized as:(1)repetitive peak reverse surge voltage: 1000 V or 1500 V;(2)average forward current: 0.5 A;(3)peak one cycle surge forward current (non repetitive): 20 A;(4)junction temperature: -40 to +125 ;(5)storage temperature range: -40 to +125 .
