The TIP147 is one kind of the darlington complementary silicon power transistors which designed for general-purpose amplifier and low speed switching applications.Features of the TIP147 are three points:(1)collector-emitter sustaining voltage:100 V;(2)collector-emitter saturation voltage:2.0 V(max.) @ Ic=5.0 A;(3)monolithic construction with built-in base-emitter shunt resistor.
