Features of the TLN103A are:(1)excellent radiant-intensity linearity,modulation by pulse operation and high frequency is possible;(2)same external shape as TPS603A phototransistor.

The absolute maximum ratings of the TLN103A can be summarized as: (1)forward current:60mA;(2)forward current derating :-0.8mA/°C; (3)pulse forward current:1A;(4)reverse voltage:5V;(5)operating temperature range:-20°C to 75°C; (6)storage temperature range:-30°C to 100°C.
