TLP140M/G/G-1

The TLP140M/G/G-1 series are tripolar transient surge arrestors used for primary and secondary protection in sensitive telecom equipment.It has three benefits: the first one is no ageing and no noise.The second one is if destroyed, the TLP140M/G/G-1 falls into short circuit, still ensuring protection.The third one is it accesses to Surface Mount applications thanks to the PowerSO-10TM and D2PAK package.Also,it has four applications: the first one is analog and ISDN line cards.The second one is main distribution frames. The third one is terminal and transmission equipment. The forth one is gas-tube replacement.

TLP140M/G/G-1 has six unique features: the first one is tripolar crowbar protection. The second one is voltage range selected for telecom applications. The third one is repetitive peak pulse current is 100 A(10/1000 us). The forth one is holding current is 150 mA. The fifth one is low capacitance is 110 pF typ. The last one is low leakage current is 5 uA max.There are some absolute maximum ratings about it. Peak pulse current(logitudinal and transversal mode) is 100 A (10/1000 us , opem circuit voltage wavelength 1 kV).Maximum junction temperature(Tj)is 150°C.Maximum lead temperature for soldering during 10s(TL) is 260 °C.Operating temperature range(Topr) is -40°C to 85°C.Maximum lead temeprature for soldering during 10 s (TL) is 260°C.
