The TLP281-4GB is one member of the TLP281 family which designed as one kind of small and thin coupler,suitable for surface mount assembly in applica-tions such as PCMCIA Fax modem,programmable controllers.It consists of photo transistor,optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode.
