TMC1175AN2C40 General Description
The TMC1175AN2C40 analog-to-digital converter employs a two-step architecture to converter analog signals into 8-bit digital words at sample rates of up to 40Msps.
Features of the TMC1175AN2C40 are:(1)8-mit resoultion;(2)40 Msps conversion rate;(3)low power:100mW@20Msps;(4)integral track/hold;(5)integral and differential linearity error 0.5LSB;(6)single +5V power supply;(7)differential phase 0.5 degree;(8)differential gain 1.5%;(9)three-state TTL/CMOS-compatible outputs;(10)low cost.
