TMS27L08

The TMS27L08 is ultra-violet light-erasable,eletrically programmable read only memories.It has 8,192 bits organized as 1024 words of 8-bit length.It is fabricated using N-channel silicon-gate techology for high speed and simple interface with MOS and bipolar circuits.

Features of the TMS27L08 are:(1)1024*8 organization;(2)all inputs and outputs fully TTL conpatible;(3)static operation;(4)3-state outputs for OR-ties;(5)N-channel silicon-gate technology;(6)8-bit output for use in microprocessor-based systems;(7)10% power supply tolerance.
