The TOM1088Tx is designed as the fiber optic transmitting module for simplex digital signal transmission(with 62.5/125 um silica fiber),features of this TOM1088Tx part are:(1)data rate:4 to 40 Mb/s (NRZ code);(2)transmission distance:up to 2000 m;(3)ceramic package type;(4)TTL interface;(5)LED is driven by differential cuicuit;(6)single +5V voltage.

The absoulte maximum ratings of the TOM1088Tx can be summarized as:(1)storage temperature:-40  to 85;(2)operating temperature:0 to 60;(3)supply voltage:-0.5 to 7 V;(4)input voltage:-0.5 to Vcc V;(5)soldering temperature:260.And the recommended operating conditions are:(1)supply voltage:4.75 to 5.25 V;(2)high level input voltage:-1.165 to -0.880 Vcc;(3)low level input voltage:-1.810 to -1.475 V.
