The TOS1102Ax is designed as one kind of high radiance GaAIAs IR LED for applications requiring high power from a point source and fast response time.Features of the TOS1102Ax are:(1)point source emitter(2.5 mil.dia.);(2)high electrical bandwidth/fast response time;(3)high reliability;(4)hermetic package-TO46 (also available with no lens can for custom lensing).

The absolute maximum ratings of the TOS1102Ax can be summerized as:(1)storage temperature:-40 to +85;(2)case operating temperature:-20 to +70;(4)power supply voltage:-0.5 to 7 V;(5)input voltage:-0.5 to 5.5 V;(6)low level output current:20 mA;(7)high level output current:-1 mA.
