TP7661A CMOS DC-DC converter is a low power, easy to operate the power chip. Twice the pressure to use: the input voltage of -1.0 ~-8.0V negative, can produce -2.0 ~-16V output; input positive voltage of TP7661A 1.0 ~ 8.0V, you can generate three times -1.0 ~-8.0V output voltage to use: Input voltage of -1.0 ~-6.0V negative, can produce -3.0 ~-18.0V Output, Positive Voltage 1.0 ~ 6.0V input produces -2.0 ~-12.0V output. Three temperature gradient regulation voltage options. PIN pin compatible SCI7661. (TP7661B except no Vreg and RV function, the same as other performance and TP7661A, PIN pin compatible SCI7661)
