TQ9131

The TQ9131 is designed as one kind of 1-10 GHz active power combiner and it has some features:(1)board bandwidth:1-10 GHz;(2)gain:+0.5 dB(typical);(3)pout @ 1dB comp.:>+14 dBm;(4)input/output VSWR:<2:1;(5)amplitude tracking:<0.5 dB;(6)phase tracking:<5.0 deg.

The TQ9131 is a general purpose cascadable power combiner providing in-phase signal combining and switching,with gain.As an active device,it provides higher reverse isolation than is possible with passive combiners.An external DC blocking capacitor is required on the combiner's output port.The two input ports are at ground potential but require blocking capacitors if DC voltages are present.The TQ9131 is available mounted in a hermetic,surface-mount package or in die form.The die size is 54 x 54 mils.
