TS7513

The TS7513 is one kind of single chip asynchronous frequency shift keying voice-band modem.Operating at rates up to 75,1200 bit per second,it is compatible with the applicable CCITT recommended standards for V.23 type modems.This device provides the essential CCITT V.24,V.25 and V.54 terminal control signals at TTL levels.
