      The TS97x family of operational amplifiers operates with voltages as low as ±1.35V and features output rail-to-rail signal swing. The TS97x are particularly well suited for portable and battery-supplied equipment. Very low noise and low distortion characteristics make them ideal for audio pre-amplification. The TS971 is available in a variety of packages to suit alltypes of applications. For applications where space-saving is critical, the SOT23 package (2.8 x 2.9mm) or the DFN package(3 x 3mm) simplify the board design because they can be placed everywhere.
       It has seven unique features which is as follows : The first one is rail -to-rail output voltage swing ±2.4V @ VCC is ±2.5V. The second one is very low noise level which is 4nV/Hz. The third one is ultra low distortion which is 0.003%. The forth one is high dynamic features which is 12MHz, 4V/s. The fifth one is operating range which is 2.7V to 10V. The sixth one is ESD protection (2kV). The seventh one is latch-up immunity (class A). There are also four applications. The first one is portable equipment (CD players, PDA). The second one is portable communications (cell phones,pagers). The third one is instrumentation & sensoring. The forth one is professional audio circuits.

Maximum junction temperature (Tj ) is 150 °C. operating conditions: Supply voltage(Vcc) is 2.7 V to 10 V. Common mode input voltage range(V_icm ) is V_DD +1.15 V to VCC -1.15 V.  Operating free air temperature range (T_oper) is -40°C to +125 °C. Electrical characteristics : Input offset voltage drift(D_Vio ) is 5 V/°C when Vicm is 0V and Vo is 0V. Input offset current (I_io ) is 10nA typ and 150 nA max when Vicm is 0V and Vo is 0V. Common mode input voltage range(V_icm) is -1.35V min and 1.35 V max.Common mode rejection ratio(CMR ) is 60 dB min and 85 dB typ when Vicm is ±1.35V. Supply voltage rejection ratio(SVR ) is 60 dB min and 70 dB typ when VCC is ±2V to ±3V. Large signal voltage gain (A_vd ) is 70 dB min and 80 dB typ when RL is 2k. High level output voltage(V_OH ) is 2 V min and 2.4 V typ when RL is 2k. Low level output voltage(V_OL) is -2.4V min and -2 V typ when RL is 2k. Output source current(I_source) is 1.5 mA.Output sink current(I_sink) is 100 mA.
