Description

The TSC2300IPAGR is designed as a highly integrated PDA analog interface circuit. It contains a complete 12-bit A/D resistive touch screen converter including drivers, touch pressure measurement capability, keypad controller and 8-bit D/A converter output for LCD contrast control. It offers programmable resolution of 8, 10, and 12 bits and sampling rates up to 125 kHz to accommodate different screen sizes. It interfaces to the host controller through a standard SPI serial interface.

TSC2300IPAGR has eight features. (1)SPI serial interface. (2)Touch screen controller. (3)Audio codec which means 20-bit delta-sigma ADC / DAC, dynamic range: 98 dB, sampling rate up to 48 kHz and I2S serial interface. (4)Full power down control. (5)On-chip crystal oscillator. (6)6 GPIO pins. (7)Single 2.7V to 3.6V supply. (8)64-pin TQFP package. That are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings of TSC2300IPAGR have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its supply voltage AVDD, HPVDD, DVDD would be 4V. (2)Its ground voltage differences: AGND, DGND would be ±0.1V. (3)Its digital input voltage would be from -0.3 V to (DVDD + 0.3V). (4)Its analog input voltage would be from -0.3V to (AVDD + 0.3V). (5)Its ambient temperature under bias would be from -40°C to 125°C. (6)Its storage temperature would be from -55°C to 150°C. (7)Its junction temperature would be 150°C. (8)Its lead temperature 1,6 mm (1/16 inch) from case for 10 seconds would be 260°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
