TSI-8 General Description
The TSI-8 is designed as one kind of 8K x 8K Ttime-slot interchanger.This document describes the hardware interfaces to the Agere Systems Inc. TSI-8 device. Information relevant to the use of the device in a board design is covered. Ball descriptions, dc electrical characteristics, timing diagrams, ac timing parameters, packaging, and operating conditions are included.Although electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection circuitry has been designed into this device, proper precautions must be taken to avoid exposure to ESD and electrical overstress (EOS) during all handling, assembly, and test operations.
The absolute maximum ratings of the TSI-8 can be summarized as:(1)supply voltage (VDD33):-0.5 to 4.2 V;(2)supply voltage (VDD15):-0.5 to 1.8 V;(3)storage temperature:-40 to 125 °C;(4)junction temperature:125 °C.If you want to know more information such as the electrical characteristics about the TSI-8,please download the datasheet in www.seekic.com or www.chinaicmart.com .
