TSM101ACD

The TSM101ACD belongs to the TSM101A series. It is a kind of voltage and current controller.It is an integrated circuit which incorporates a high stability series band gap voltage reference,two ORed operational amplifiers and a current source.It can be used to modify the level of current limitation by offsetting the information coming from the current sensing resistor and in every types of application requiring a precision voltage regulation and current limitation.
