The TYNx10 Silicon Controlled Rectifiers is a high performance glass passivated technology. This general purpose Silicon Controlled Rectifiers is designed for power supply up to 400Hz on resistive or inductive load.

The absolute Maximum Ratings of TYN410 these (TA = 25°C). RMS on-state current (180° conduction angle) Tc = 100°C is 10 A. Average on-state current (180° conduction angle) Tc = 100°C is 6.4 A. Non repetitive surge peak on-state current (Tj = 25°C) tp = 8.3 ms is 105A and tp = 10 ms 100A. Value for fusing tp = 10 ms Tj = 25°C is 50 A2S.
