The UCC2895DWTR is one member of the UCC2895 family which is designed as the BiCMOS advanced phase shift PWM controller that can be used either as a voltage mode or current mode controller. This device is also available in the 20 pin SOIC (DW) package, 20 pin PDIP (N) package, 20 pin TSSOP (PW) package, and 20 pin PLCC (Q).
