UCN5841A

The UCN5841A is one member of the UCN5841 family which is designed as the BiMOS II 8-bit serial-input, latched source driver. This device has higher data-input rates than the earlier BiMOS circuits, it is also available for operation over an extended temperature range to -40°C. To order, change the prefix "UCN" to "UCQ".
