UCQ5810

The UCQ5810FPF is one member of the UCQ5810 family which is designed as the BiMOS II 10-bit serial-input, latched source driver. This device combines a
10-bit CMOS shift register and accompanying data latches, control circuitry, bipolar sourcing outputs with DMOS active pull-downs. With a 5 V logic supply, serial-data input rates are typically over 5 MHz, with significantly higher speeds obtainable at 12 V.
