UM21000

The UM2100 is a pin diode,it is designed for transmit/receive switch and attenuator applications HF hand(2-30MHz) and below.It offers the lowest distortion performance in both the transmit and receive modes.Less than 50mA forward bias is required to obtian an IP3 of 60dBm at 300KHz with 1watt per tone.
