UM91210

The UM91210 is a Tone/pulse switchable dialers with 32-digit redial memory.Switching from pulse to DTMF mode can be accomplished either bt using a slide switch or by depressing the T key.

Features of the UM91210 are:(1)32-digit redial memory;(2)tone/pulse switchable via slide switch;(3)wide operating voltage:2.0V to 5.5V;(4)user inexpensive 3.58MHz TV crystal;(5)pin selsectable make/break retion(1/2 or 2/3);(6)key-in tone output of valid key entry in pulse mode(91230 C/D only);(7)630 millisecond flash time;(8)"T"key controlled switching from pulse to tone mode(91230 C/D only);(9)18-pin or 22-pin DIP;(10)with minimum tone duration 110ms.

The absolute maximum ratings of the UM91210 can be summarized as:(1)power supply voltage:-0.3V to +0.6V;(2)input voltage:-0.3V to VDD+0.3V;(3)maximum power dissipation(at 25):500mW;(4)operating temperature(TOP):-20 to +70;(5)storage temperature(Tstg):-55 to +150.
