The PD6P5 is a microcontroller for infrared remote control transmitters which is provided with a one-time PROMas the program memory.

Because users can write programs for the PD6P5, PD6P5 is ideal for program evaluation and small-scale production of the application systems using the PD64A or 65.When reading this document, also refer to the PD64A, 65 Data Sheet (U14380E).
