UPD750008A

The  UPD750008A is one  of  the  75XL  series  4-bit  single-chip  microcontrollers,  which  provide  data  processing capability equal to that of an 8-bit microcontroller.It is an advanced model of the PD75008.  It features an enhanced CPU function and enables high-speed operation at a low voltage of 2.2 V.  It can be substituted for the PD75008.  In addition, UPD750008A is best suited to applications using batteries.It is suitable for small-scale production and evaluation of application systems.
