UPD75P328GC

The UPD75P328GC is designed as high performance, silicon chip CMOS microcomputers that contain a CPU, ROM, RAM, I/O ports, an interval timer, a timer / event counter, a watch timer, an LCD controller, an AD converter, vectored interrupts, a subsystem clock, and a serial interface.

It has many features and some are listed here. (1) 103 instructions. (2) Variable instruction execution time for power saving. (3) Program ROM: 8064 bytes. (4) Data memory (RAM). (5) Bit-sequential buffer. (6) Eight 4-bit registers. (7) Accumulators. (8) 24 I/O lines. (9) One external event input. (10) Timers contain one 8-bit basic timer, one 8-bit timer / event counter and one 14-bit watch timer. (11) AD converter. (12) LCD controller. (13) 8-bit serial interface. (14) Vectored interrupts which means three external interruptsm three internal interrupts and nine inputs which generate one interrupt request. And so on.

Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. (1) Its supply voltage would be from -0.3V to +7.0V. (2) Its input voltage exceot ports 4 and 5 would be from -0.3 to Vdd+0.3V. (3) Its input voltage (ports 4 and 5 with internal pull-up resistor) would be from -0.3V to Vdd+0.3V. (4) Its input voltage (ports 4 and 5 open drain) would be from -0.3V to +11V. (5) Its output voltage would be from -0.3V to Vdd+0.3V. (6) Its high evel output current single pin would be -15mA. (7) Its high level output current all pins would be -30mA. (8) Its low level output current (single pin, peak value) would be 30mA. (9) Its low level output current single pin would be 15mA rms. (10) Its low level output current would be 100mA peak and 60mA rms. (11) Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to +150°C. And so on.
