        VP0300M  is a kind of p-channel echancement mode switch and it has three ways of applications which is as follows: The first one is switching regulators. The second one is converters. The third one is motor drivers.
       There are some absolute maximum ratings about VP0300M when Tc is 25 unless otherwise noted. Drain to source voltage(VDS) is -30 V. Drain-gate voltage (RGS is 1 M)(VDGR) is -30V. Continuous drain current(ID)(@ Tc is 25) is ±0.5A. Continuous drain current(ID)(@Tc is 100) is ±0.32A. Pulsed drain current(IDM) is ±3A.Gate to source voltage(VGS) is ±40V. Max continious power dissipation(PD) is 1 W. Max pulse power dissipation(PD) is 4.3 W. Linear derating factor(junction to case) is 0.034 W/.Linear derating factor(junction to ambient) is 0.008 W/. Operating and storage temperature range (Tj,Tstg) are -55 to +150. Lead temperature (1/16'from case for 10 sec) is 300. Otherwise, there are also some electrical characteristics abut it under the same conidtions. Drain to source breakdown voltage(BVDSS) is -30 V min and -45 V typ when VGS is 0 and ID is -10A.Gate to threshold voltage(VGS(th)) is -2 V min, -3.4 V typ and -4.5 max when VDS is equal to VGS, ID is 1 mA. Gate to body leakage forward(IGSSF) is -1 nA typ and -100 nA max when VGS is -30 V and VDS is 0. Gate to body leakage reverse(IGSSR) is 1 nA typ and 100 nA max when VGS is +30V and VDs is 0. Zero gate voltage drain current(IDSS) is -1A typ and -10 A max when VDS is -25V and VGS is 0 while is -50A typ , -500A max when VDS is -25V, Vgs is 0 and Tc is 125. Static drain-source on-state voltage(VDS(on) ) is -2.2 V typ and -2.5 V max when VGS is -12V and ID is -1A. Static drain-source on-state resistance(RDS(on) ) is 3.2 typ and 3.63 max when VGS is -12V , ID is -1A and Tc is 125. Thermal resistance: Junction to case(Rthjc) is 24 /W typ and 29/W max. Junction to ambient(RthJA) is 125/W max.
