Description

Photocells or Light Dependent Resistors VT33CT can provide a very economic and technically superior solution for many applications where the presence or absence of light is sensed (digital operation) or where the intensity of the light needs to be measured (analog operation). The VT33CT Series photocells are in a TO-5 three lead hermetic (metal to glass) package with a flat window. The photocell substrate is center-tapped to achieve the dual cell output. Hermetic package devices are typically used in harsh environments where high moisture, chemical vapor or dust is present.
