W65C29

The W65C29 I/O device(IOD) is a CMOS device providing eight bits of input or output.Each bit of the W65C29 is programmable for input or output by programming a logical"0" for input a "1" for output into the data direction register.The output enable pin in addition to the data direction registers allows the high current outputs to be placed in a high impedance state.The RES- pin clears all registers ans sets the I/O lines to input mode.

W65C29 has many unique features: The first one is output able to source up to 3mA and sink 10 mA.The second one is 24 pin package standard DIP in a width of 600 mils or skinny DIP in a width of 300 mils.The third one is W65Cxyz microproceesor bus compatible-4,6 and 8 MHz.The forth one is each bit may be individually programmed for input or output,etc.

There are also some absolute maximum ratings about W65C29 .Supply voltage(VDD) is -0.3 V to 7.0 V.Input voltage(Vin) is -0.3 V to VDD +0.3 V.Operating temperature(Ta) is 0 to 70.Storage temperature(Ts) is -55 to 150.
