W928C73

The W928C73 is a high performance 8 bits microcontroller with build-in POCSAG decoder and LCD drive. It is possible to switch the normal mode, idle mode and power down mode for power saving purpose. W928C73 is an extended C from standard 8031 that it can be applied to pager system or other telecommunication syatem. Besides, it is available in 64-pin LQFP package.

W928C73 has some features as follows: (1)512,1200 and 2400 bps POCSAG decoder; (2)6 independent user addresses; (3)instruction set compatible with MCS51; (4)system clock; (5)128 bytes on-chip fast RAM; (6)battery low detector; (7)power down wake-up via external interrupts; (8)two 16-bit data pointers.
