WM8982

The WM8982 is a low power , high quality codec with integrated video buffer designed for portable applications such as digital still camera or digital camcorder.The device integrates a preamp for a differential mic,and includes drivers for speaker and line outputs.External component requirements are reduced as no separate microphone or headphone/speaker amplifiers are required.

Features of the WM8982 are:(1)low-noise bias supplied for electret microphones; (2)integrated 0-6 dB video buffer with LPF filter and clamp; (3)digital playback limiter; (4)aux inputs for analog input signals or "beep"; (5)on-chip PLL supporting 12,13,19.2 MHz and other clocks ; (6)low power, low voltage.

The absolute maximum ratings of the WM8982 can be summarized as:(1): DBVDD,DCVDD,AVDD,VBVDD supply voltage is -0.3 V to +3.63V; (2): SPKVDD supply voltage is -0.3 V to +7V; (3): voltage range detail inputs are DGND-0.3V to DVDD+0.3 V; (4): voltage range analogue inputs are AGND-0.3V to AVDD+0.3 V; (5): operating temperature(Ta) is -25 to +85; (6): storage temperature after soldering is -65 to +150.
