XL28C16B

The XL28C16B is a full-feature,2K * 8 bit CMOS E2PROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory).Operationally,it is compatible with industry standard 16K bit E2PROM devices,and it offers improved speed and power efficiency.Read access time are as low as 100ns;standby current,less than 100A.The device is fully functional with a single 5V power supply,and the XL28C16B is manufactured with EXEL's 1.5 CMOS E2PROM process.

The XL28C16B has some absolute maximum ratings.When parameter is temperature under bias,the rating is -55 to +125.When parameter is storage temperature,the rating is -65 to +150.When parameter is lead soldering temperature(less than 10 seconds),the rating is 300.When parameter is supply voltage,the rating is 0 to 6.5V.When parameter is voltage on any pin,the rating is -0.6V to +7.0V.When parameter is ESD rating,the rating is 2000V.When parameter is DC output current,the rating is 5mA.
