XO3030

XO3030 Series has two festures.The first one is that it needs low power and has high stability.The second one is about wide frequency range.

XO3030,its frequency is 20MHz,temperature range is from -30 to +70,temperature stability should be within ±0.75ppm,aging first year should be within ±1.0ppm max,output is sinewave,is provided with 5v±0.25v of supply voltage.

There are also some additional specifications of XO3030.Aging over ten years should be within ±3.0ppm max.Current sinewave is as low as 2 mA.The method about frequency adjust is external 10k pot and range is within ±5ppm.The level of sinewave whose load is 1k is 0.5v pk-pk.The level of logic whose load is 10pF is HCMOS.About phase noise at 20MHz,10Hz corresponds to -85dBc/Hz.100Hz corresponds to-115dBc/Hz.1kHz corresponds to -135dBc/Hz and10kHzcorresponds to -145Hz.
