XR-094

The XR-094 is a kind of quad programmable bipolar JFET operational amplifier which consists of four independent, high-gain, internally compensated amplifiers.There are some features as follows.First is same pin configuration as LM-346.The second is high impendance FET output stage.Then is internal frequency conpensation.Next is low power consumption.The fifth is wide common mode and differential voltage ranges.The sixth is low input bias and offset currents.The seventh is output short circuit protection.The eighth is high slew-rate which is 13 V/S typical.The last one is programmable electrical characteristics.
