XRD9829

The XRD9829 is designed as one kind of 10-bit linear CIS / CCD sensor signal processor with serial control that can be used in color and grayscale flatbed scanners, color and grayscale sheetfed scanners, multifunction peripherals, digital color copiers, general purpose CIS or CCD imaging and low cost data acquisition.

Features of the XRD9829 are:(1)10-bit 6MSPS pixel rate;(2)6-bit programmable gain amplifier;(3)8-bit programmable offset adjustment;(4)4:1 analog multiplexer;(5)CIS or CCD compatibility;(6)internal clamp for CIS or CCD AC coupled modes;(7)3.3 V or 5 V operation & I/O compatibility;(8)serial load control registers;(9)low power CMOS: 150 mW;(10)low cost 20-lead SOIC package;(11)monotonic.
