ZL40511LDE

The ZL40511LDE is designed as high performance laser driver capable of driving two separate cathode grounded laser diodes. Typical applications include DVD±RW/RAM, DVD±R, CD-RW, CD-R, write optical drives, laser Diode current switch and supports double density DVD.

ZL40511LDE has twelve features. (1)Single 5V supply (±10%). (2)150mA low-noise read channel with 100 x current gain. (3)Three 500mA write channels with 240 x gain. (4)Combined channel output 700mA. (5)Dual output for DVD/CD laser. (6)Rise and fall times 1ns typical. (7)Oscillator, 500MHz, 100mA with external resistor control of frequency and amplitude. (8)Power up/down control.
