DS620 General Description
The DS620 digital thermometer and thermostat provides low-voltage (1.7V ℃ VDD ℃3.5V) temperature measurements with ℃0.5°C accuracy from 0°C to +70°C and an operating temperature range of -55°C o +125°C. The DS620 communicates over a 2-wire igital interface. For distributed-sensing applications, t is multidroppable with three address pins that allow
up to eight DS620s to operate on a single bus.
The DS620 has thermostat functionality with userdefined hresholds stored in EEPROM registers, and t can be configured for standalone thermostat peration. The programmable output (PO) pin serves s the thermostat output, and this pin can also be onfigured to function as an active-low control for peripheral devices.
