The HMMC-3124 is a kind of DC-12 GHz packaged high efficiency divide-by-4 prescaler. It offers dc to 12 GHz frequency translation for use in communications and EW systems incorporating highfrequency PLL oscillator circuits and signalpath down conversion applications. Besides, it provides a large input power sensitivity window and low phase noise.
There are some features as follows: (1) wide frequency range: 0.2 to 12 GHz; (2) Pout: 0 dBm (0.5 Vp-p); (3) low phase noise: -153 dBc/Hz @ 100 kHz offset; (4) (+) or (-) single supply bias operation; (5) wide bias supply range: 4.5 to 6.5 volt operating range; (6) differential I/0 with onchip 50 matching.
What comes next is about the absolute maximum ratings (@ TA=+25, unless otherwise stated). (1): the maximum VCC (bias supply voltage) is +7 V; (2): the minimum VEE (bias supply voltage) is -7 V; (3): VLogic (logic threshold voltage) is from VCC-1.5 to VCC-1.2 V; (4): the maximum Pin(CW) (CW RF input power) is +10 dBm; (5): the maximum VRFin (DC input voltage (@ RFin or RFin ports)) is VCC ±0.5 V; (6): TBS (backside operating temperature) is from -40 to +85; (7): Tst (storage temperature) is from -65 to +165; (8): Tmax (maximum assembly temperature (60 seconds max)) is 310.
