YGV607 General Description

YGV607 is a kind of pattern mode video display controller digital out (PVDCD).It is an ideal VDP for controlling the screen of liquid crystal television sets and liquid crystal panels.There are some features as follows.First, it consists of one pattern graphic plane (scroll screen) and 64 sprite screens (movable screens).Secondly, scrolling of a divided screen is possible.Furthermore, built-in color pallet simultaneously displays 16 colors, selectable from among 4096 colors.Besides, R, G and B each have 4-bit digital outputs.The fifth one is that superimpose or multiple VDP construction is made possible by the external synchronzation function.The sixth one is maximum number of sprites can be displayed on one screen is 64, with a maximum of 16 sprites on one horizontal line.The last one is 100-pin plastic QFP, CMOS, 5 V single power supply.

What comes next is about the absolute maximum ratings.The VDD (power supply voltage) is from -0.8 V to +7.0 V.The VI (input voltage) is from -0.5 to Vdd+0.5 V.The VO (output voltage) is from -0.5 to Vdd+0.5 V.The IO (output terminal current) is from -20 to +20 mA.The Tstg (storage temperature) is from -50 to +125.
