The product forms in the navigation field are increasing in the beginning of 2011. The tablet computer and smart, which integrate with GPS function, have high sales; therefore, the demand of personal navigation device is becoming low.

Nowadays, manufacturers have released the tablet computer which is based on Android. There will be more than 135 million sets of smart phones will have the navigation function. This quantity may be larger than the practical users, which will also expand to market of navigation software.

The personal navigation device market was very hot in the year of 2009. Compared with the expensive solution of aftermarket installment, the PND solution was more welcomed by customers. PND is in the mature period of its development now, which will enter into the falling time in 2012. The growth rate in 2011 will be 1.2%, which reaches the peak. The PND market will decline in the next year, although some areas still keep increase, such as Eastern Europe, Latin America, Middle East, Africa and so on.
