Javelin Semiconductor is an innovator of the world’s first high-performance CMOS 3G power amplifier (PA). Its JAV5501 Band I PA for new Galaxy smartphones has selected by Samsung Electronics Co. The initial Samsung phone model available with Javelin’s PA is the Galaxy Ace Plus, a mid-range Android-based 3G smartphone. Following the widely popular Galaxy Ace, the Galaxy Ace Plus features a larger 3.65 inch display, faster 1 GHz processor, 5 megapixel camera, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.
