The 100118 is designed as quint 2-4-4-4-5 input RO/AND gate with a true and complementary output. All unused inputs can be left open due to integrated pull-down resistors.

It has two features. (1) Its typical propagation delay is 1.15ns. (2) Its typical supply current would be 43mA. That are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. (1) Its supply voltage range would be from -7.0V to +0.5V. (2) Its input voltage (Vin should never be more negative than Vee) would be from Vee to +0.5V. (3) Its output source current (continuous) would be -55mA. (4) Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to +150°C. (5) Its maximum junction temperature would be +150°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.

Also some DC operating characteristics about it. (1) Its circuit ground would be 0V. (2) Its supply voltage would be min -4.8V and nominal -4.5V and max -4.2V. (3) Its supply voltage when operating with the 10K or 10KH ECL family would be min -5.7V. (4) Its high level input voltage would be min -1150mV and max -880mV at Vee=-4.2V and would be min -1165mV and max -880mV at Vee=-4.5V and would be min -1165mV and max -880mV at Vee=-4.8V. (5) Its low level input voltage would be min -1810mV and max -1475mV at Vee=-4.2V and would be min -1810mV and max -1475mV at Vee=-4.5V and would be min -1810mV and max -1490mV at Vee=-4.8V. (6) Its operating ambient temperature range would be min 0°C and typ +25°C and max +85°C. That are all the main operating characteristics. And so on.
