The 209CNQ135 center tap Schottky rectifier module series has been optimized for low reverse leakage at high temperature.The proprietary barrier technology allows for reliable operation up to 175 junction temperature. Typical applications are in high current switching power supplies, plating power supplies,UPS systems, converters, free-wheeling diodes, welding, and reverse battery protection.

The 209CNQ135 has six features.The first one is 175 TJ operation.The second one is center tap module.The third one is high purity, high temperature epoxy encapsulation for enhanced mechanical strength and moisture resistance.The fourth one is low forward voltage drop.The fifth one is high frequency operation.The sixth one is guard ring for enhanced ruggedness and long term reliability.
