The 2SC4242-01 is one member of the 2SC4242 family which is designed as the switchmode series NPN power transistor device that can be used in high-voltage, high-speed, power switching applications. This device is particularly suitable for 115 and 220 V switchmode applications such as switching regulator's, inverters, DC-DC conveter.
