2SJ498

      The 2SJ498 is designed as small type resin sealed P channel unction type FET. It is especially designed for low frequency voltage amplify, analog switch aplication.
      2SJ498 has three features. The first one is that it would have have small type for mounting. The next one is that it would have high |yfs| which means |yfs| = 4mS typ. The next one is that it would have low Rds(on) which means Rds(on)=220 typ. That are all the main features.
      Some absolute maximum ratings of 2SJ498 have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its gate to drain voltage which would be 50V. The next one is about its gate current which would be -10mA. The next one is about its total allowable dissipation which would be 450mW. The next one is about its channel temperature which would be +125°C. The next one is about its storage temperature which would be from -55 to +125°C.
      Also there are some electrical characteristics about 2SJ498. The first one is about its G to D break down voltage which would be min 50V with condition of Ig=10uA, Is=0. The next one is about its gate leakage current which would be max 1nA with condition of Vgs=30V, Vds=0. The next one is about its drain current which would be min -0.6mA and typ -4.0mA and max -12mA with condition of Vds=-10V, Vgs=0. The next one is about its cut off voltage which would be min 0.2V and typ 1.5V and max 6V with condition of Vds=-10V, Id=-10uA. The next one is about its forward transfer admittance which would be min 1.5mS and typ 4mS. The next one is about its input capacitance which would be typ 18pF.
