      The 2SK1529 is a very good product. If you want to use it you must learn about it rightly. The 2SK1529 has six absolute maximum ratings. Please pay attention to them. The fifth absolute maximum rating is storage temperature range, which range from −55 to 150 °C, and its symbol is Tstg. The last absolute maximum rating is drain-source voltage which is 180V, and the symbol is VDSS.
