2SK1583-T1

The 2SK1583-T1 is a member of the 2SK1583 family which is designed as one kind of N-channel Power MOS FET Array that can be driven by 2.5 V power supply. This device can be used in VCR cameras and headphone stereos which need power saving. Features of this device are:(1)directly driven by ICs having a 3 V power supply;(2)not necessary to consder driving current because of its high input impedance;(3)possible to reduce the number of parts by omitting the bias resistor.
