3005

      The 3005 is a COMMON BASE transistor capable of providing 5 Watts ClassC, RF output power at 3000 MHz.Gold metalization and diffused ballasting are used to provide high reliability and supreme ruggedness. The transistor uses a fully hermetic High Temperature Solder Sealed package.
      The 3005 has some absolute maximum ratings:Collector to Emitter Voltage is 50 Volts;Emitter to Base Voltage is 3.5 Volts;Collector Current 2.5 A;Storage Temperature:- 65 to + 200 C;Operating Junction Temperature is + 200oC.
