      This instrument measures Air Velocity, Air Flow (volume) and Temperature.The RS-232 PC interface provides data acquisition functionality. Proper use of this meter will provide years of reliable service.The 407114 is equipped with a 3.5mm phono jack (meter top) for connection to a PC. To obtain the Model 407001 WindowsTM data acquisition kit, contact Extech Instruments. The kit includes a cable that connects the meter to a PC. Instructions for use are provided with the 407001 kit.Extech offers repair and calibration services for the products we sell. Extech also provides NIST certification for most products. Call the Customer Service Department for information on calibration services available for this 407114. Extech recommends that annual calibrations be performed to verify meter performance and accuracy.

The sender is responsible for shipping charges, freight, insurance and proper packaging to prevent damage in transit. This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from action of the user such as misuse, improper wiring, operation outside of specification, improper maintenance or repair, or unauthorized modification.
