      The 407119A is a Heavy Duty Hot Wire CFM Thermo-Anemometer.Features of the Extech 407119A differential pressure manometer include Display Air Flow (CFM/CMM) or Air Velocity plus Temperature ;Air Flow displayed in 3 modes: Instantaneous value, up to 20 point average or 2/3 flow value;Telescoping 0.5" (13mm) diameter metal vane sensor extends up to 1.9ft (59cm) long ;MIN/MAX readings ;Data hold and Auto power off Built-in RS-232 PC Interface.
      The 407119A measures air velocity, air volume, and air temperature. It uses a telescoping probe antenna to allow convenient access to grills and diffusers. Careful use of this meter will provide years of reliable service. The Model 407119A features are listed below.To save battery life, the meter will automatically shut off after approximately 15 minutes of operation. To temporarily disable this feature (until the meter's power is cycled), press the REC button and enter the RECORD mode. Alternatively, go to the advanced programming section (later in this manual) for instructions on how to disable it long term.The 407119A is equipped with a 3.5mm jack (side compartment) for connection to a PC for data acquisition purposes. The meter's data output is a 16 bit data stream. To obtain PC interface cabling and WindowsTM data acquisition software, contact Extech Instruments. Instructions for use are provided with the software. The PC interface cable schematic, data stream protocol, and RS-232 communication settings are provided below.
