The 4085 decodes independant of the card speed, 75 or 210 bpi, the code of an F2F signal, as it is used on credit cards, debit- cards or tickets following ISO 3554 standard. This LSI 4085 chip is mounted into an 16 pin SMD housing, and built in I^2L-tech- nologie. The output signals are gives in TTL standard level. By changing the external compo- nents it is possible to use the decoder in motorized or manual readers of all different kinds.
